    Your tracking number arrives by email when the order ships. Give the carrier up to 24 hours to show updates.

    Standard orders arrive within 2–6 business days of shipping in the US, Canada and Australia.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Express orders placed before 12pm PT on a business day ship the same day.

How do I track my order?

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Give the carrier up to 24 hours to update it. If you can't find the email, check your promotions or spam folder.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the lower 48 United States, Canada, Australia, the UK and much of Europe. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories yet. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, however many sets you add. Express shipping is $19.99 and available in the lower 48 states.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

Email support@beergolf.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement.

Can I return my order?

For health and safety reasons we can't accept returns on drinkware. Read the full refund policy.
